Product Suggestion: Reduce fidelity of mp3 files

When transferring music to a device, the program leaves the fidelity of the file unchanged.  This is a problem when copying a file from something with unlimited storage (like a computer) to a Garmin device.  Generally I'm far less picky about the fidelity of my music while running than while listening to it at home.  A high fidelity version of a song is far bigger than a low fidelity version of the same song.

I would like the option of reducing the fidelity of music transferred to my watch so that I can copy far more songs to the watch.  However, others may disagree, so this should be an option in user settings.  The best method would be to be able to choose how low the fidelity should go.  That way each user can choose the offset between size and fidelity.

Yes, this will make the transfer take longer.  But that's a choice the user gets to make.

(This could apply to both the Windows and Mac version of Express.)
