Garmin Express & Fenix 6 - on one pc it works on the other there is no connection to the server

On one PC the connection with Garmin Express & Fenix 6 and Garmin connect works.

I installed Garmin express on my notebook. Same Version of Garmin Express. Same Network. When I try to add the watch, after entering the Garmin connect credentials, a servererror appeares.
