Garmin express won't recognize my forerunner 10

Hello everybody,,

i have a garmin forerunner 10. when i connect it to my windows pc - it's recognized by windows as a garmin mass storage device, but when using garmin express - there's nothing. it can't recognized it at all. any thoughts ? i'm on windows 10..
