Forerunner 610 not found by Garmin Express (Windows 10).

I have a new Surface 10 Pro and installed Express. The ANT is recognized but Express cannot find the watch. Data pairing and Transfer is on. I have reinstalled Express and restarted data pairing and the watch. Express just keeps searching...no error message. The watch worked fine with an older laptop but I am at a loss as to why it wont work with a newer one. Both are windows 10. Thanks for any help!

I've just tried the same and GArmin Express won't find the watch plugged in via USB or the ANT stick. Any suggestions??

No, and I never got a final response from Garmin. They said their engineers were working on it. Meanwhile the charging pins on the back of the watch receded so far it wouldnt charge. I messed around with it trying to get a connection to charge and no luck so I ditched the whole watch.

Unfortunately no. Im beginning to think it was planned obsolescence
