If you're on a work computer as was the OP don't be surprised, talk to your work IT folks.
i have the same issue and NOT on a work computer. This is going on since the latest update of garmin express
Works fine for me, I suggest you try uninstalling then reinstalling Express
well i didn't do that, but it seems to be working fine now. Strange that it didn't work for some days
