Cannot update to v6.19.4.0

I cannot update to the last version.

I have try install older version and work, but when i start the old one, he show me the popup window with need install the new version... But He don't install... FAIL!!!!

I don't know what i0m doing wrong...

    I'm having a similar problem. Seems to be a lot of people are. There's a good chance you're not doing anything wrong.

    I have the same problem - I uninstalled my previous version - that did not help. (Manged to find my previous download!) my previous file version is 2.3.14.0 - still works.

    Uninstall "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x86)" 

    Then run the garmin express installer.

    There is a current bug in garmin express installer. 

    Uninstalling the above will fix the issue (and windows will reinstall the redistributable if needed)

    This was exactly my problem.  Can I ask how you knew this?  I'm a developer and I came on the forum to find out if there's a a way to view the setup log, but this was better, you had the exact answer.  Thanks.

    BTW, for future reference, is there a way to view the setup log?

    I just found another post somewhere mentioning it, and it solved my problem. You can see the setup logs in C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Logs\Express (or whereber your %programdata% directory is.
