Trouble connecting Garmin Express to a Drivesmart 55 MT

Any one having trouble getting a Drivesmart 55 MT to connect to Garmin Express ver. 6.19.4.0? I have 2 of the Drivesmart 55 units that won't connect, older Nuvi units connect. Tried it on Windows 10 and Windows 7 computers with the same results. It just keeps searching but never finds the devices. Thanks for any help!

My DriveSmart connects ok.

I wonder what is going on with it then, my original Drivesmart connected ok before the 6.19.4.0 update but after the update nether connect. just for the heck of it I tried loading an old version 4.1.8.0 and it will connect with the Drivesmarts but I get "Sorry we are having trouble communicating with our servers" so I believe there is something wrong with version 6.10.4.0, wish I never let it update. Have been in contact with Garmin support with no luck, they had me email the GarminDevice.xml to them but have not yet heard back from them.
