I am running Windows 10 64-bit and have Garmin Express version 6.13.1.0 installed and it has been working without problems. When I try to update to version 6.19.4.0 the upgrade starts, looks like it is trying to install the upgrade, and then stops with the error message:
"Install Failed.
Garmin Express can not be installed on this computer."
There is nothing at all unusual about my Window 10 installation, and Gramin Express 6.13.1.0 has always run flawlessly. The error message gives no information about why the latest version can not be installed on my computer. A return e-mail from Garmin tech support merely pointed me to https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=iG5lWLNQ4W2I6jvUu5cBh5&productID=168768&searchQuery=express%20cant%20be%20installed%20&tab=topics, but nothing suggested there has solved my problem. I am loath to uninstall my current 6.13.1.0 version, in an effort to install the new version, as I am afraid that I will not then be even able to use the 6.13.1.0 version again.
Has anybody else encountered this problem, and if so how did you get around it so that the lastest version of Garmin Express could be installed on Windows 10 ?
