Garmin Express not recognizing my memory card with data on it.

I have a Garmin GPSMap on my boat. I inserted a formatted 32 GB card in the unit and copied the charts/etc to the card. Now, I have the card in my PC. There is a Garmin folder. In it are contents:

When I bring up Express and select add charts or devices, it takes a while and states "We couldn't find a device or chart"

Same here; it keeps telling me what device was found but cannot add charts from SD. And the SD does contain charts because without the SD in my GPSmap it only shows default reliefs; no chart data.
