Dear developers,
version 6.19.3 failed to install on my windows PC.
The Garmin installer try to install an old vcrt, however failed at this step due to a newer one has been already in the system, then the Garmin installer would not like to continue but fail.
Temporary dirty solution is to uninstall the system vcrt, install Garmin Express, then reinstall the vcrt to the new version with newest bug fixes and security patchs, which is required by many other softwares.
Please fix this issue!
