GPSMAP 66 ST update fail with Express 6.19.3.0

Hello,

i received my new gpsmap 66 st two days ago.

Since the original map is routable but it was impossible to navigate them on the road (profile MOTORBIKE or CAR, I tried with some OSM maps and it is possible, then surely an error in intalling original ones) i wanted to update them.

Then I dowloaded express (6.19.3.0) and clicked on update TopoActive Europe 2019.20 but soon

then at the phone with reseller he told me to delete (i made a copy) of the two map files D6185070A.img and gmapprom1.img (almost 3 Gb each) , uninstall every Garmin program on pc, reinstall Garmin Express and try again but same error messages.

I never faced issues with old Colorado300 and after 12 years i bought this one. Not a good choice.

Now i don't know what to do.

Some ideas?

after uninstall and reinstall garmin express several time, i succeeded in reinstalling maps.

but there's no way to navigate them.

without changing anything if i upload another map i can have a real track following roads, but with the originals straight line only.
