Garmin Express does connect with my Fenix 6X

Hi,

I have a Fenix 6x and I need to update the maps. I did install Garmin express on my laptop (windows 10 business) but when I connect the watch via USB, Garmin Express does not find the watch.

Also, I have an error message from windows explorer : "you do not have permission to access to this device".

Finally, same issue with Garmin updater.

How to solve this ?

Hello,

i have the same problem with Garmin Fénix 6 pro..

Windows recognize the device , the app garmin express dont..´sorry for english.

I cannot even install Garmin express on a old laptop runing a basic windows 10... finally I managed to it with a Dell Laptop running windows 10 business...weird ....
