After latest upgrade of Software and Maps Traffic feature stopped working.

Bought new 51 LMT-S and while copying Favorites, made upgrade of the software and maps. After that upgrade Traffic feature stopped work and showing message that "connected power cable is not compatible with traffic for that device", while prior upgrade worked perfectly. Tried to contact Upgrade support, but was asked to provide full access for my PC, so the can take a look on device status, which I decline. Is there ability to roll back software myself, without giving someone access to my PC?

Yes, you should be able to. Did you keep a copy of the previous update file? They are named gupdate.gcd. If not in future I advise that once you've done an update you copy that file to your PC, then next time it updates if you have an issue you can back date. If you don't have a copy you can find them here http://www.gawisp.com/perry/drive/

You need to download the relevant file, rename it gupdate.gcd and replace the one currently on your device, then reboot.

Tried to complete it using PC with Win 7, but it doesn't shows hidden directories, so will try tomorrow on friends Mac

That's a scam site. Win7 needs to be set (as does Win 10) to show hidden directories and system files (2 different settings), no need to use a mac.
