Can sync waypoints and routes but not activities

I have a Fenix 6 Plus and can not sync Activities to Garmin Express. I can however sync waypoints created on the Fenix and routs that are imported to the Fenix 6 from MapSource.

I have the latest verson of Garmin Express, and the Fenix 6 has the latest update.
