Garmin Express crash

I've installed Garmin Express on my Windows 10 PC
I've clicked on add a device
My device is listed so I click on the add button

I click on connect

a window pops up and Garmin express closes without any message

Same here, I wish to God I had not clicked "yes" on the "do you want to install updates" because now I get nothing but a continual loop to either "close", "report and reopen", "reopen". I have tried all three many times, it just tries to reopen and I get the same report screen over the top. I have uninstalled, cleared out all cookies, reinstalled, restarted, all to no avail.

Same here!

The program starts, icon appears in the system tray and closes after a few seconds, Cleared the register after uninstalling the program, I followed the instruction on the support site and did the thing as DI here wrote above even went to the computer store for help.

Nothing helps
