right to left layout with eng

I use Garmin Express on Windows 7. My locale is Hebrew/Israel. Garmin Express GUI is in English. However, it has right-to-left layout as if it is in Hebrew (see the attached snapshot). I would prefer to have normal left-to-right layout when Garmin Express uses left-to-right language.
