Garmin Express - Map Update - Download is a bad joke

Hi Garmin team,

I am trying now for the 100th time to update my map on my Zumo but your provided download speed is a bad joke...!?

4Gb and Garmin Express is loading with 45kb/s!?

And before you say:

- No my firewall is not blocking the application

- No I have no proxy

- Yes I have a 200Mbit internet connection

I can download everywhere very fast but unfortunately not with Garmin Express.

It is also very disappointing that I cannot download anywhere the map update (the raw data file) on your website without using Garmin Express.

Poor service!

A feedback would be very much appreciated.

My map updates complete in around 30 minutes so while you may not believe it the likelihood is a problem somewhere in your system

Coincidentally, I updated maps (EU 2020.20) in my nuvicam over the weekend. Process was smooth and although I had to do this twice (I forgot to change option to install maps to my PC as well) - so whole process took more than 30 mins this time, I think - it was entirely uneventful.
