Steps, Heartrate,... measured by Forerunner 935 but NOT transferrred to Garmin Connect. Issue since 20th Aug 2019.

have a look in the folders on your watch for up to date .fit files

folders METRICS , MONITOR and SLEEP

when .fit files are up to date

check for faulty files and remove...files with a tilde ?

import .fit files with dates after 20 aug '19 via Garmin Connect Web

your sleep data will not be complete because it has a lower retention period

clean-up the folders, delete all but up to date .fit files

when there are no up to date .fit files

clean-up the folders, delete all .fit files

do a hard reset by press and hold the light button until the screen goes dark.....

afterwards do a timesync when not already done automagically

I've tried to upload the .fit files and received the message, that the device is not registered.
Checked registration - was ok already.
Then removed device from Garmin Express and added again.
After synchronisation some of the data have been transferred.

Will check the next days, but it looks like it is fixed now.
Just 3 days with 0 steps ..... is there a chance to make a manual change ?
