ERROR with maps installation gpsmap 66s

just purchased new gpsmap 66s unit and two maps (city and topo).

however i'm getting error: "There was an error installing the content" when installing purchased city navigation maps from garmin express. Topo maps installed into internal memory without an issue. I tried to install city maps to internal or sd memory and still getting same error.

all other unit updates installed without an issue. Garmin Express and Basecamp software is all up to date. Windows 10.

Any help?

Ensure Express is up to date. If still getting the error try calling Garmin
