Garmin Express Sync's Every Minute

I just updated my Garmin Express for windows and now it keeps syncing with my Garmin Swim every minute and sending a notification to my desktop. How do i stop that. It never used to do that.

My Garmin Express 7.1.4.0 seems to do this also with FR310XT v4.50.

The new activity has already been grabbed and put on Garmin Connect, there is no new user data to send to device. But if I leave the device on trying to say delete old records, or change some settings - constantly interrupted by Express initiating another sync, it's quick because it finds nothing, but kills what I'm doing. Win10 Home ver2004 throws a notice up each time about new data synced.

For VF3 it still does 2 syncs and that is it. Not sure why it does 2 as GC does not show any new data to go to device.
