I've had by FR245 music since its release. I get music and podcasts onto it via Garmin Express. What I've noticed is that I have no problem syncing music and playlists. However, podcasts meet with variable success and I'm wondering why and if some have tips.
Garmin Express recognizes the mp3 files in the folder I've named "podcasts" as podcasts (or maybe it's because I'm changing the file metadata to "podcast" in the genre?. Anyway, they will even purport to transfer to the FR245. However, when trying to access them on the 245, I get an error. I've found this happens a lot with NPR based podcasts. Whereas, other podcasts that I download directly play fine.
Anyone have any insight as to why this is?
