Hi All,
I have a problem with installing the Europe map 2020.10 on my computer using Garmin Express 6.15. I did not have a problem installing it to my Zumo 550 though! I can select the option 'Install to computer' but after a few seconds it stops with the error message "There was an error installing the update". I tried it on a different computer, on a computer with a different internet connection and I tried to deinstall Garmin Express and reinstalling it. All with no result.
I see various posts with the same issue I have, but unfortunately no solution! Is there someone who succeeded the installation of map 2020.10 on his/her computer or do we need an update from Garmin?
