CityNavigatorEuropeNT2020.10Update.msi missing after download

after download via Garmin Express is file "CityNavigatorEuropeNT2020.10Update.msi" missing in "C:\ProgramData\Garmin\CoreService\Downloads\Map\Map_Map.EUNT.2020.10\RMU\EUNT\2020_10\193a648f-e868-4452-9b5a-026910d6b6f4\IMG", the Installation fails
