Garmin 800 Sync Issues after upgrade to Garmin Connect 6.15.0.0

I have just upgraded to Garmin Connect 6.15.0.0 on windows 10 and now I get a message in a red box telling me that, "There was an error syncing with Garmin Connect"

I have internet access and can connect to garmin connect via my browser.

Has anyone else seen and fixed this issue?

    Me too.  My wife and I both have 735 are getting sync failures with Garmin express and the connect android app.  We can access connect via the web browser

  • I have exactly the same, Garmin Edge 800 and Express upgraded to 6.15.0.0 on Windows 10.

    Tried to uninstall and re-install Express, same behaviour after.
    Also tried a previous version of Express which I still had the installation file on my pc, but during installation it pushes the upgrade to 6.15.0.0 as mandatory, so it doesn't let you install an older version.

    I also have the same problem with my Forerunner 910XT. Tried to re-install Garmin Express 6.15.0.0 but still doesn't work.

    I deleted all my old activity files on the garmin and seems to be syncing now. The UI suggests its stuck syncing but the data is transferred.
