Not syncing FIT file

During a ride at the weekend, my Garmin 810 froze. Required power off / on.

However, I tried to sync up the device to Garmin Express and it didn't sync a specific *.FIT file. How do I resolve please?

File is - Garmin\Activities\2019-06-20-14-59-20.fit

without the file, no solution

with your consent we can have a look at your file with FitFileRepairTool

zip the fit file and upload here in the forum, or provide a link to it on a cloud storage

repaired partially with the help of FitFileRepairTool

file header corrupt and end missing

the fit file ended abruptly at 10km

Thank you. Yeah - the Garmin froze at that point and I had to switch off/on to get it working again.
