HI, I have a Garmin Edge and I cannot download maps with Garmin Express

I have a fast internet connection but Express is saying 30 hours and it rarely gets beyond 0%. Any help please? I have tried different laptops and USB ports

I've tried everything on that FAQ - I found it remarkably unhelpful.
