Transfer saved trips to same unit

I have two Garmin Drivesmart 61 LMT-S units. I plan and save a trip in one unit then start Garmin Express (latest version) and do a backup and then save the favorites. I disconnect that unit and connect the second unit (which I use as a backup unit in case the first one fails on a trip) and transfer the saved favorites to the second unit. The problem is only about half of the saved trips transfers correctly and the other half says "Area" with the coordinates instead of the actual named locations I originally entered. I then have to delete these and replace them with the actual named stops in the category they were originally placed in. All the favorites and categories transfer perfectly. Anyone know what is causing this as I also have two 2589 LMT units that transfer perfectly with the exact same stops.

No, but to do what you do a better method would be to use BaseCamp, I use it all the time and it works flawlessly

Over many years I have downloaded and tried different versions of BaseCamp and each and every time after spending many hours got disgusted and deleted the program from my computer as it is not user friendly. The program I still use and is user friendly is Microsoft Streets and Trips (too bad it was discontinued years ago). Still works fine with Windows 10!
