Good morning. I have a fenix 3 hr and loading the battery hung. Press the light button for 25 seconds and, instead of restarting, reset. since then when I connect it to garmin express or to the iphone connect it tells me that the clock id is not valid. I have called garmin Spain and they tell me that the clock id is not registered in its database. But I have been working correctly for 3 years with the clock! basically they tell me that I have to send and pay. I think it's not fair since I have not done anything and it's a problem to register id on their servers. If anyone knows anything about the subject I would appreciate any opinion.
