Garmin Express Nick Name Issue (won't finish set up)

Hi there. My garmin vivofit 3 wouldn't sync to my phone to set up, so i was sent an ANT to try and set it up and update its software with Garmin Express. I received that today. I go through all of the steps to set up my Garmin Vivofit 3 and I get to "Device Nickname" - I have tried changing this or not changing it, but the results are always the same. I get an error message that the nickname cannot be saved at this time but that I can change it later once the device is set up via Garmin Express. However, there is no way to bypass this screen. I click OK and it returns to the Device Nickname page which only gives me the option to click "Next." Doing this gives me the same pop up again that it cannot save a nickname. I don't know what to do. It seems to be locked onto this page and will not progress any further into the set up process. What's going on here? I'm getting very frustrated...

    I am still unable to setup my vivofit 3. This is a continuing problem. Ive been told an engineering ticket was opened, and they received my report logs, but have not heard anything back. This has been a problem for over 3 weeks with no resolution in sight. Help????
