Hi everyone.
I really need some help. Although I've talked to the Garmin Product Support by email for weeks, they haven't really helped me, only suggesting to try on new laptops or reinstalling Garmin Express, which I've done multiple times. And so I thought I'd try on this forum, should any of you have found how to solve this problem.
I have tried everything, Garmin Express does not let me go forward to install my watch, at the step of the nickname. I have tried no nickname, I have tried the name written in the Autorun file on the watch files, I have tried the "Forerunner 935" name at the top, etc. It does not let me give a nickname to the watch and suggest to do it later, but at the same time, it does not let me go to the next step without giving it a nickname, as the "next" button is greyed and cannot be clicked on. You can see this on the attachments.
This issue only appears with my watch, as Garmin Express on my laptop works fine with my wife's Garmin watch and account. As this issue doesn't appear with my wife's watch and her account, it is clear that the issue is with mine only. Clearly, it is not due to my laptop ot to the installation of the software. The issue is, for sure, something linked to the watch, or to the setup in the files of my watch. But I cannot figure out how to solve it. Any idea?
