I've seen a tonne of posts about this from 2015 and 2018 with no answers. I can't upload anything. I've uninstalled, restarted and reinstalled, i've unpaired and repaired the watch. I am about to get grumpy!

Is this just it for this watch now.. can I do anything to fix it????????

Having same problem with FR 410 since software update to FR 410 v2.3 and Garmin Express 6.11.1.0. Have reinstalled and undertaken factory reset on watch - not resolved

Same issue with my old Forerunner 305. Tried it on two computers, one having latest version (6.11.1.0) and one having the older version. Same problem and error message. Very annoying, especially since I can't get to the files on my old device otherwise I could have skipped Garmin express/connect and upload the file manually to Strava.
  • I have a distinct feeling bordering on certainty that my Oregon 750t stopped syncing correctly via GE some time ago.

It (initially) always fails to do so, and despite advising later - upon closing GE completely (so icon via taskbar removed) and re-launching it - that it did manage to sync, I can't see it reflected on https://connect.garmin.com.

The funny thing is that, both: my old GE Edge 705 and brand new vivomove HR - sync correctly via GE at all times and without a hitch. Another funny thing is that Oregon 750t syncs absolutely fine via Garmin Connect App & Bluetooth (my phone).

My fix was to go thru your activities. I found one where my location wasn't connected before I started to run. I found the activity which had all the data at 0.00.00.. deleted that from the watch and sync ran fine then
