Honda Jazz Mk3 map update fails at the final hurdle
I used Garmin Express and usb stick to download maps and update car sat nav successfully in 2017 so I know the process works
I tried again last autumn and yesterday but was unsuccessful
I get xml file onto stick from car, run latest Express to download and add maps, return stick to car, map data gets copied to car, gets to 100% and reports “Map Update Fails” with no additional information.
I have retried repeatedly with different USB ports and media but without success; I have also rebooted infotainment system.
Car still has 2017 maps
How can I find out why it’s failing and fix it.
