I will be working in a location that will not have internet access. If I sync my fenix 5x to my computer will it hold the data until it can be uploaded to garmin connect?
You should be able to attach via USB cable to a computer, then copy the .fit files from the Garmin/Activity folder. You could use BaseCamp as a local interface to manage and view the activities until you can get back on the Internet. Also, do you plan on being off the grid for a long time? The 5x can hold several activities
