the computer does not recognize the Garmin Edge 820

I bought a Garmin Edge 820 a month and a half ago, until today everything is OK.
Today after an exit I go to connect my usual PC with Windows 10 to the device with the usual thread and the computer does not recognize it. The 820 is charged but Garmin Express does not see it and so does the computer. I reset the device, changed the USB port, and restarted it many times. HELP
