Garmin Express error with update and installing map on PC

When i start garmin express it says there is an update, it's the update Bmw Motorrad Navigator VI text. I installed it and the next time i connect my Navigator it wants to update the file again.
I also have a problem when in Garmin Express i want to install the map to my pc it says there is an error with the update.
Garmin Express version 6.9.1.0 Windows 10 on PC.

For one try deleting the GarminDevice.xml file in the Garmin folder on your device as that may not have updated correctly. Then reboot your device and try again.

For the second one what error message are you getting?

In Dutch the message is "Er is een fout opgetreden tijdens het installeren van de update"
