In C\|ProgramData\Garmin\Maps I hve 5 maps 2018.10, 2018,2018,30, 2019.10 and 2019.20 all of which are gmaps, also in C\|ProgramData\Garmin\CoreService\Downloads\Map I have the same files but not gmap files which total abiout 50gbytes. Which is the best and safest way to delete some on them I intend to keep the latest 2? I have a full backup with alll these files.
Depends if you simply want a back up or use maps with BaseCamp? You can always delete the maps in CoreService. Those in Garmin/Maps are the ones used by BaseCamp. They should be listed in Windows and can be uninstalled by the normal Windows Uninstall process.
