Hi all. After switching on I immediately get a message "cannot unlock maps", which presumably is about Belgium topo (Topomap Belux) map which says that it is enabled in the map menu but is actually not visible on the screen. Can anyone help?
No, it doesn't help - I can see the unlocked map in BaseCamp but not on the phone, even though it says it is enabled. When I try to reinstall it on the 64sc it does so almost instantly. Is that normal? I would imagine that it would take a few seconds to send a map through.. I would like to do it all over again but how do I get the 25 digit code, necessary for unlocking? I have used "Protected Garmin File Tool" to install and unlock those maps on my PC.
Suspect your best bet is to contact Product Support, but first are you installing it from within BC or via Express? If BC look at the threads in the BC forum as there is an issue installing maps with the latest BC version.
