Hello - I have just updated Garmin Express (most up to date s/w) and have my unit plugged in. I can update s/w but when I go to update my maps I get to the point of just before choosing my region and I get an error message and it shuts down.
Everything, save for my maps, is up to date - just can't get the maps updated because of this issue. Could it be that I'm short of memory? I don't have a card in the unit - just stock out of the box.
One more thing - It's not been updated for 4-years.
