Can't launch Garmin Express with my 645M

Hello,

Since today, after I launched a first time Garmin Express (the last version), it doesnt' see my 645 Music connected, but it was recognised by Windows.
After a PC reboot, Garmin Express doesn't want to launch with an error.

I tried to remove and install GE few times, but I always have the same problem: If my 645M is connected to the PC (I tried on 3 USB ports), Garmin Express crash at launch.
If I launch it without my 645M connected it works, but when I clic on "add a device" and connect my 645, it doesn't recognise it and ask me to launch a new search.

I also tried to reboot the watch, with no effect.

The watch has the new firmeware V4.00 and I have the lastest version of Garmin Express.

    For more information: I just tried to install Garmin Express in my tablet and it's OK. So, the problem seems come for the PC, but I don't see how to fix that.
    I tried to uninstall Garmin Express three times and also remove the "Garmin" folder in "Program Data" with no result.

    I had exactly the same problem with my Fenix 5X Plus


    have now after a long try myself found a solution.

    Uninstalled Garmin Express
    reboot
    via WIN10 search all Garmin files and folders searched and deleted
    reboot
    Garmin Express installed

    When you uninstall Garmin Express, not all files are removed!

    I think that was my problem

    But now everything works again

    Unfortunatly I already tried this, and I searched again few minutes ago to be sure no "Garmin files" stay in the PC and I found nothing.
    I'll try again with a search in the registry...

    So, I tried to uninstall Garmin Express and delete all Garmin Files on my computer but I still have the probleme. If I connect my 645M to the PC and launch GE, it crashes. :(
    A solution, Mr Garmin?...
