Failed update with VA3

Hi All,

My Vivoactive 3 comes up with an update being available on Express, but it fails every time so I am stuck with this sync error permanently that I cannot clear. When the update fails it says that it cannot send "Biometric Data" as it is "Not Compatible". More details here:

Does anyone have any idea how I can clear this situation? Either ignore the update or do it manually some other way? What is the update relating to? I also get an error on GCM as the device has a red exclamation mark near it permanently to indicate there is an error, but there it just says "server error" with no further detail.
