Garmin Express 6.7.2 I cannot uninstall nor install new version

What can I do?
Anyone have this issue before?

Well the latest isn't that version https://forums.garmin.com/forum/garmin-express/garmin-express-pc/1398171-garmin-express-release-notes

How are you trying to uninstall/install? What is happening when you try? Are there any error messages?

Sorry but my crystal ball is a bit cloudy today :)
