Trying to update maps built into 2018 Honda Odyssey for the 1st time. Followed the procedure so far OK, but when trying to check for updates:
"Sorry we're having a problem connecting to Servers"
Performed all steps I've read about (https://support.garmin.com/en-GB/?faq=uZQHyc3C4s2S0wfUYR2QY9), as well as completely disabled all firewalls (Avira, Windows built-in, even at router level).
Running Windows 10 and latest Garmin Express 6.8.1, wired connection over Broadband.
I can connect just fine here: http://omt.garmin.com/
Wireshark shows very quick resets after initial handshake from Destination: 23.50.137.67 trace route points to a23-50-137-67.deploy.static.akamaitechnologies.com (after about 11 hops).
Called Garmin support directly but no help; they claim it's still a Firewall issue and refused to provide any other explanation.
Any suggestions at this point? Could it be device specific? Saw another post where one device works, but another does not...
