I just installed GE 6.7.2, and found that when I run it and go into settings, "Always keep Garmin Express running in the background" has been set to on. The same thing happened with the installer with the previous version as well. When I install a new version of GE, I uncheck this option, and then the installer for the next version turns it on again. I find this behaviour on the part of the installer rather obnoxious.
This, unfortunately, is not a new problem. It has been like this for many many versions. I also try to remember to check after every new version has been installed, but it really should be fixed.
