When I hook my old Garmin FR 235 (now used by my daughter) to my computer (Windows 7), I get a message that the USB device is not recognized by the system. It used to work fine, even after I gave it to her. My FR 645 hooks up with no problems. Sometimes my VivoSmart HR also tells me the USB device isn't recognized. Because of this, I haven't been able to update the apps and system on the 235, nor download her data (it isn't used with a phone, as my daughter doesn't have one yet). Is there some way I can get the computer and Garmin to see and communicate with each other again?
