Garmin Nuvi 65LMT "Can't Unlock Maps"

I am using my device after a long time and the last time i used everything was working as it should. I have 3 maps on my memory card out of which one map results in an error "cant unlock maps" upon booting the device. This is the map for UK. I installed Basecamp which shows all the maps on the device and on memory card without any problem. When i goto Map - Manage Map Products", it shows all the maps with the one i have a problem with as "unlockable". I dont know what the problem is. All was well, the last time I used it. I tried updating Garmin express but no luck.

If you've purchased the map for that device you don't need any unlock as it will come with the necessary file. How did you get the map?

Hi. I have purchased this unit second hand, which came with all the maps .AUS/NZ, US north on the device and Europe, Middle east on the memory card. I am giving up on this issue and decided to buy the maps. I am using NUVI 65. I see maps with the suffix it NT and NTU. What is the difference? Are they both compatible with my device? Thank you for all the help

Your device would normally use the NTU version.
