Blank setting dialog for all configurable IQ apps on replacement 1030

I just received a replacement Edge 1030 (previous 1030 had developed the blue halo surround of the screen). I plugged it into the PC, added it to GE, and then downloaded the same IQ apps as I had been using on the original 1030. The apps copied to the device OK when I synced the 1030, but in GE when I go to apps on device and click on the three dot menu for the configurable ones to enter settings, the dialog that comes up is completely blank for all three of the configurable apps. After seeing this I did a reset on the 1030, but the problem remains the same. 1030 has current 5.00 firmware and GE is current 6.6.0.0.
