Problem updating my nuvi

Nuvi 3597LM purchased in Australia but now used in Europe has CN Europe NTU 2017.20 & 2017.10 3D. Garmin Express will only update Australian maps even though registration of device is now in UK. How do I get Garmin Express to recognise the European maps?

Also have nuviCam used exclusively in Europe (original Australian maps not used). Have Europe West 2018.3.1 (C) & Europe East 2018.3.1 (C) installed . Garmin Express will not recognise or update the European maps.

Do you have lifetime EU maps? I suspect not if these are Australian devices, and if not they aren't updateable.
