Garmin Express recognises Edge Explore 1000 but won't "add device" when click button

OS: Window 10
PC: Phenom X6 1100T
Ram: 16 GB
Fast fibre internet

Garmin express: v6.6.0.0
Device: Garmin Edge Express 1000

Problem: Have connected via USB Edge explore 1000, garmin express recognises it and when come to click "add device" nothing happens.

All the below haven't worked
Have tried reinstall Express
Have used different USB ports
Restarted PC
Restarted Edge Explore 1000

Checked services.msc -> device seen and working correctly
Checked inetcpl.cpl -> auto detect LAN, proxy deselected

Please help
