installation Problem

Had an issue with my laptop and had to reinstall everything.. since then I have been unable to install Garmin Express, half way through the install I get an error message saying "The Specified account already exists" . Anyone had this issue or know how to solve it?

Windows 10 (latest version) Lenovo Laptop..
