Hi
I am trying to update maps on my 2018 Honda Accord. First, I needed to install system information into a flash drive but every time I press update maps on the screen to begin this process while the engine is running I get an error message saying that this installation cannot be completed unless the car is running. I thought that the problem was that I inserted the flash drive after starting the engine so I inserted it before starting the engine but the same error popped up. I don't know if it is a problem with the system or Garmin. It is frustrating because I cant update the system either because the update system icon is missing. Please help me!:(
